LOS ANGELES – August 10, 2007 - Network Foundation Technologies, LLC (NFT) is partnering with the Mixed Martial Arts league Total Fighting Alliance (TFA) to broadcast, free of charge, TFA’s "Oceanfront Fisticuffs" event live over the Internet to fans worldwide. This Free-For-View event, which is to be held Saturday August 11, 2007 from 6pm to 9pm (Pacific Daylight Savings Time) at the Santa Monica Civic Center, is the second broadcast of a TFA event by NFT, following the highly successful premier broadcast in April 2007 of the “War on the Shore” event.
