Technology company moving in at Tech center

Louisiana Tech University is officially entering the private business world with the first company moving into Tech's new Enterprise Center, an on-campus business incubator. Network Foundation Technologies is moving into Ruston this week and next with its featured product, low-cost, digital online streaming technology.
